I have this ps500f on the bench now. PS checks ok, powers on. Thing is, the outputs are very unfamiliar to me.
Kenwood TRAIT P50 8419 & N5Y 8508 and 8519 Any ideas? |

Can you post (or email me) a photo of them?
From the schematic, they appear to be 5 legged darlington transistors with built in biasing diodes. The part numbers are TRAIT5N*5 and TRAIT5P*5.
