Default kenwood ps500F

I have this ps500f on the bench now. PS checks ok, powers on. Thing is, the outputs are very unfamiliar to me.

Kenwood TRAIT

P50 8419

N5Y 8508 and 8519

Any ideas?

Can you post (or email me) a photo of them?

From the schematic, they appear to be 5 legged darlington transistors with built in biasing diodes.

The part numbers are TRAIT5N*5 and TRAIT5P*5.
