Hi bros, gurus and experts...
I need advise on a pair of brand new Scanspeaks D30 660000 tweeters I bought and installed in my car. They are barely a month old now but I am getting this irritating sibilance whenever piano tracks are played; esp the high keys. I am running active and they are driven by a Steg 401 amp. The midbass is also a scans, the 18W and I am using a peerless XXXL, 808347, subwoofer. Do I need to let it run in further and should go back to my dealer for an exchange? Would really appreciate your comments and opinions. Many thks... from Singapore!
