Standard enclosures for DIN and Double DIN

I am interested in producing a generic enclosure suitable for DIY car audio projects. If there is interest, I will design both "DIN" and "double DIN" type enclosures.

The enclosures will be folded waterjet weldments. They should be sturdy, and allow for any number of custom face plates. Depth is non-standard, so I will probably include break-off seams to allow the enclosures to be easily trimmed.

Anyone interested?

The mounting dimensions for most aftermarket headunits are standard. They are dictated by ISO 7736:

Do any of you have this standard handy? Specifically, the information relating to mounting hole geometry/dimensions.

I would be interested in a single DIN type if the price is reasonable.

Yes and again - yes! I am in need of something just like this, but only about 1" deep. I can hardly believe this doesn't seem to exist as a standalone product...
