Default irfz44r repacements

Can I use IRFZ44N or FQP50N06 as permanent replacement for IRFZ44R.

I have one amp that power suply fets IRFZ44R are burned, and I have IRFZ44N or FQP50N06, so can I use either one of them to replace, or should I order IRFZ44Rs.

Have you checked the data sheets? What's the difference?

Not big difference, and I know that they will work, but do they work as well or better?

IRFZ44R - 60V - 50A - 0,028r
FQP50N06 - 60V - 50A - 0,022r
IRFZ44N - 55V - 49A - 0,017r

Atleast in paper FQP50n06 seems to bee betre, but does anybody know different?

If these are in the switching power supply, any of the three should work properly. I've used the IRFZ44N more than any others and never had any problems with them.

if its a power supply with the Tl494/594 pwm chip, dont forget to check the a06/a56 pairs connected to it, or the equivalent korean numbered parts.
