I have no idea what cable configuration they use, nor do I have any idea on the balanced or unbalanced inputs. The only thing I can help you with is trying to figure out the pinout for op amp + and -. Since it has an rj45 I can only assume that it is a signal processor of some sort. If it is a processor and you can tell us what op amps it is using, we can start by getting the unit powered up. Then we can try to figure out the audio connections.

the rj45 is for power, it uses mini din for signal like old pf eq230 has, just don't know pin configs of either and zapco are tight with info!

Can you open the processor and get the part number of an op amp in the unit? Can you power the amp up and check voltages on the jack of the amp? I am assuming that it will have a + 15 to 18. A - 15 to 18 volts. And of course a ground connection. What are the power requirements of the processor?

They are opposite on each end. So just flip the wires on one end

Just to avoid any chance of messing up part of your kit, I would turn the amp on and find the + and - 15 or 18 volts, then I would take the cover off of the processor, locate the op amps, download a datasheet for said op amps, figure out which pins on the plug feed the plus and minus voltage to the appropriate pins of the op amp. Make your cable accordingly. This way there will be no chance of confusion.
