Hi

You can clip them off, once you will get inductor off, you will be able to remove them from the board much easyer

I'm guesstimating the value of the inductor to be around 50-100uH.

I was planning with the ZX as it is stable at 2ohms. I want to power it with amp8 but that is not stable to 2ohms mono.

Hi

That kicker won't be enough for those subs! you will need 800-1000w per sub to really use them as DDs are, see here

I know the capabilities of DD subs. they are just 8" and I don't plan to break windshields with them so I think 1kW is enough for me.
