MTX 4250D distorted output

Hi, I have a problem with a MTX 4250D, it's powering on but there is a lot of distortion at the output from the sub. I already changed the output transistor and resistors. Someone has an idea?

Is this amp similar to the 250D?

Yes it is similar except it is all SMT.

Then it's probably more like the 6500D. Can you post a photo (or email it to me) showing the parts that have been replaced?

Have you confirmed that you have both positive and negative rail voltage (on the output transistors) as well as positive and negative regulated voltage (on the op-amps)?
