Panasonic security codes

Gentlemen,

perhaps someone can help me with this. customer had a panasonic car radio with a blown output IC.

Customer get me the radio, but as soon as I power it up, wants the security code. This girl got it when she purchased the car..used. and no security code was with it.

Its a Panasonic CQ VD6503u, of course, she doesn't have it and its MY fault she doesnt.

I'd tell her to go to panasonic.
Full stop. End of story.

It's HER responsability to provide proof of ownership.
