Does anyone have any of these that they may be willing to sell me.I need at least two of each.They seem to be hard to come by all of the sudden

Hi

The ECA - table shows the BD245 and BD246 as direct replacements. As fas as I know you guys dont have the BD-typed power transistors overthere. If it was the output stage you could probably use TIP35C and TIP36C transistors.

checked my "Bastelkiste" ( = tinker box) , I could offer

two 1264N (green)

and

two 3181N (black)

must be out off an old Alpine or other jap. amplifier

I'll have to look into those TIPs.I have three pairs of them here already.If they would work that would be awesome
