They are tomtom's amps...well until they sell anyways. They kinda remind me of oldschool orion/ppi inside.

I've been checking for a couple so-so sought after amps, and I sure have not seen the prices go down. Some of the broken have gone up, or shill bidding maybe. At least I get a laugh when some beat broken amp sells for what I bought a working one for less than two years ago. Some normal amps have fallen a little, but spring is getting closer.

Blaupunkts appear to have gone all over the map, being made by all different places. I have some that are STK IC amps much like the ADS plates (some of them). There is some that are Zed made? Some are junky. As opposed to say Kenwood who seemed to make near the same amps for the longest time in the ones I have seen.

One time in the early 90s they gave me a 'cube amp' they called it, I never could find out/remember what it was. It was a little cube that sat behind the HU. At the time it seemed to put out way more power than a HU, but HU were low power then. I don't think they could have put a PS in this little thing, maybe it was an IC based amp. They talked like it was class D or something special. Well it worked great until you started the car and had wicked ignition/alternator noise. Tried caps and noise suppression and could not make it work.

Yes.
- another time, because the battery was empty.

Marathon battery ca.: 11,2V -> (system) -> 778W

May see 35-37V and 29-30A circle the measurement will be (ca.: 1000-1100W).

Wow I missed this one: 180486377202

Can't think of anything I would use it for these days, but what a nice instant system they made back in the day.
