orion DIN plug balanced?

were the orion DIN plugs designed for balanced signals?

I have a Rockford RFX840 with balanced outputs, and would like to put them to use if possible.

I do not know about any of the new Orion products, but the older units 80s and 90s units, were not balanced. The 5 pin din plugs contained the following connections. Plus 12, 15 or 18 volts (depending on the amp) Minus 12 15 or 18. Left signal right signal and shield

Holding the plug so that the pins are in an upside down U...

Top center is signal ground, R and L are on each side of ground, and the last two (180 degrees apart) are +/- V for accessories.
