JVC Problem
 

I have a JVC #KD-AR500 that is having a problem playing CD's. Every time I switch tracks after insering a CD the unit's volume will decrease significantly. In order to get it to work again I have to slide the unit out and tap the top. Is there someting that i can do to correct this problem???

is it still under a warrenty? Mite need a good cleaning.

I have a request in to JVC to see if it is still under warranty. I just bought the car and it had this stereo in it, so I'm not sure how old it is. I actually took it apart and cleaned it and checked it all out. Seemed to help some, but still acts up when switching tracks on occassion.
