What controls the power leds

I have an amp that has its fan and led cosmetic lights staying on when no remote is present and I think the Chip that controls the power/protection leds is the problem because if i take plug off of them it functions normaly. the amp is an audiobahn a6004t

I just found a solder in an amp that was touching one next to it, it kept the power on all the time...no remote needed, it would not shut off. Just a chance yours has this, but trace the remote terminal into the board and see what is there. Also look at the +12v next to it for something shorting it to 12v.

Or are you saying the amp is off but lights/fan are on?

lights and fan are not but not at a full 12v. also the remote block reads no voltage.
