what face are the subs on?

you can port the non sloped side, from the back wall make a 1" opening the height of the box, and slide a piece of wood in, and make it 1" short of hitting the side of the box.

then find the sweet spot by cutting off an inch at a time, if the magnet hits the board, make a ring that fits under the sub to lift it up...
