Multiply the current your alternator is rated at times 14 volts and you will have the maximum continous wattage it can provide to the entire car. You have to consider the other things that will be drawing current as well, though. Such as the engine control systems, headlights, a/c, etc..
You will also have to use the total wattage output of all of your amps to find their current draw considering their efficiency. Most a/b full range amps are around 50-60% efficient, meaning to produce 100 watts to the speaker they will consume a little over 200 watts, for example. Class d and t amps are very efficient, from 70% to almost 90%.
