Default Is there a difference in a IRFZ44 and a IRFZ44N?

Just wondered what the difference is if any?

The Z44N is an improved version and is better in most every way.

Can a FQP50n06 be replaced by the IRFZ44N as well?

Yes, if it's for a switching power supply in an amplifier.

Yea, It's a Memphis Street Edge 50w x 2 amp. Are the IRFZ44N's a better chip than the 50n06?
