I recently bought a pair of 10 inch Infinity 1050W 4 Ohm subwoofers and am deciding how to wire them. Currently I wired them neg to neg and pos to pos as they are dual voice coil subs. I'm running a Kenwood KAC7203, whose basic output specifications are as follows:
RMS Power Output (Watts x Channels) 170 x 2 Peak Power Output (Watts x Channels) 500 x 2 Power at 2 Ohms (Watts x Channels) 250 x 2 Bridged Power (Watts x Channels) 500 x 1 Minimum Impedance Bridged 4 Minimum Impedance Unbridged 2 Input Voltage 14.4v Any help would be appreciated as I'm not familiar with dual voice-coil woofers. |

Run the coils in parallel (as you have them now) and connect one speaker to each channel.
