does anyone know where i could download the schematic for this amp so i could figure out the gain switches i need

I posted the part numbers in a previous thread (the one where I suggested you visit kenwoodparts.com). The gain pot is VR1. VR2-VR4 are the same.

there is two difrent types
are they both the same pots or what? i went ahead and ordered two of them so ill have the right ones i hope if not ill order one more of the one i need thanks for the help though Somedude |

VR1 is one part number and is only used for the gain pot. All 3 of the other pots are a different part number.

so from top left of the switches is vr1,vr2,vr3,vr4 then?

Place the board in the panel and mark the sensitivity pot. That's VR1. The rest of the pots (VR2-VR4) are different than VR1 but the same as each other. If you need the gain/sensitivity pot, order the part number for VR1. If you need any of the other pots in that group, order the other part number.

thanks lots perry
i ordered one of each so i ordered a total of 2 one for the input sensitivity and one for the b.m.s freq ya perry i dont think i would of gotten the right parts with out you bro thanks lots n lots i sure hope itll be an easy fix and if so itll rock i seen a new one on ebay for like 100.00+ thanks Somedude |
