I would like to have your opinion on this one: my player switches off after about an hour or so of playing, but it turn on automatically right away and than plays on...
Could it be because of overheat or sth else?? I use to have a 1000w(peak power) amp in the trunk and have put another battery in the trunk to provide more power (dunno if that was a bad idea, so far it worked just fine-alt recharged well both of them...with a litlle help of course). The amp had the same problem though, but only when playin bridged. That's why i took it out, but the problem still occurs. Any ideas, suggestions?

Could be overheating. Wire it up on a seperate battery indoors, or another car.
I have a battery in the trunk/boot and I charge it up every once in a while with a battery charger on the mains. Do you split charge? I wander if your wiring is causing problems. Cheers iUSERTLO72p
