Clarion c-bus and iPod
I've seen some threads dealing with iPod connectors. I have a motorcycle (Yamaha Royal Star Venture) that will accept a Clarion DC625 CD changer with the 13-pin c-bus control. It won't play MP3 files, only wav.
I'm looking to get an iPod dock with 13-pin plug in hopes it would allow me to control the iPod through the bike controls like it will the CD changer. I've seen elsewhere that some have done similar with a Subaru c-bus control. Any ideas out there for my success? The ceNet control cable that exists from Clarion for the iPod won't work. The bike is c-bus only. |
