I am working on a few car audio amps and am having trouble locating a few parts. I am looking for A1023 and C1027 transistors and have searched high and low and came up with a cross ref with a 2S in front of the numbers. This helps with the 2SA1023, but for a 2SC1027 all I can find is a T03 type transistor which is entirely wrong, as these are more like a T92 body. I came across a thread on this forum and found mention of these parts at MCM and when I use their search for the 2sc1027 it brings up the T03 part, and I cannot find what I am looking for as a compliment to the A1023. I am also looking for a few FMU34R and S rectifiers for another amp and have been looking for weeks with absolutely no luck. I found a few data sheets but have had no luck at all locating a supplier that sells them, or even stocks them. I have found these in multiple amps and the only reason I need them is because the leads were cracked where they were soldered to the board and on broke off so they all need replaced. Thanks in advance, and help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your help Hi Speed! I was able to locate the Sanyo parts, I have been buying a few things from Electronix.com and their prices are very good. Go figure though, I placed my order yesterday and half of the parts are on backorder so I get to wait a bit longer. Also I am still not having any luck finding the FMU34R/S rectifiers, which are used in a number of different amps that I have worked on so if anyone could help me out on where to find those it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dave |

Check with Chris at db-r electronics. He's going to be stocking most of these parts. I don't think he has the rectifiers yet but he should have them soon.
