Sony HA-T10 MC Step Up transformer

When I was young,I like to build the MC pre-preamplfier for myself.But the hum/noise reduction is always a very big problem.

After using several excellent input transformers like Jensen,Lundahl and UTC,I should change my concept.
I will prefer using MC step up transformer in my system.Sony HA-T10 is very cheap is easy to find in Japan.I will ask my friends to find some for me and start the way.

Yes,I will try Jensen and Lundahl later.
Another question is - where is my MC catridge?


Description
The Sony HA-T10 is a high quality super-mini step-up transformer, which can be used with moving coil cartridges in the impedance range from 3 to 40 ohms.

The optional RK-125 connecting cord is available to connect the HAT10 to the main amplifier to nullify hum.

    Hi android.

    I just bought a pair of these through Ebay, THEN I saw this thread. How did they work out for you? Can you let me know, and another concern: Did they need the RK-125 connecting cord? - I guess it's a ground cord.
