NS LM3875TF gainclone amp

Posted 8th October 2009 at 09:57 AM by androidDIY

SIMPLE......why not try the NS LM3875TF GAINCLONE AMP?
I have heard the Sanken and NS LM3875 before, the sound quality is not bad and even could be compared with Hi-End/Expensive amplifiers.

The Peter Daniel's work is really beautiful,I hope I could learn more from his design.
Better components
Better design
Optimized Grounding
and others?

When I was young,I like to build the MC pre-preamplfier for myself. But the hum/noise reduction is always a very big problem.

After using several excellent input transformers like Jensen,Lundahl and UTC,I should change my concept.
I will prefer using MC step up transformer in my system.Sony HA-T10 is very cheap is easy to find in Japan.I will ask my friends to find some for me and start the way.

Yes,I will try Jensen and Lundahl later.
Another question is - where is my MC catridge?

Description
The Sony HA-T10 is a high quality super-mini step-up transformer, which can be used with moving coil cartridges in the impedance range from 3 to 40 ohms.

The optional RK-125 connecting cord is available to connect the HAT10 to the main amplifier to nullify hum.

Specifications
Matching cartridge impedance: 3 to 40 ohms...
