New Range of Lateral Power Audio MOSFET's

Aussie Amplifiers in association with www.class-d.com would like
to announce the availability of our own In-house Next Generation Lateral Power MOSFET's

The cost of these Lateral MOSFETs are much cheaper than any other brands.

$6.00US each for the N Channel and P-Channel

I don't want to make this achievement any smaller than it is.......but-if you achieve same with little tiny signal J-fets.......I'll personally swim big splash to kiss ya in bottom of your back

btw-isn't 1C/W die-case little on high side ?

Yes I agree the 1C/W die-case does seem high.
I think this is a typo error.
The data sheet was prepared by office staff in the UK.
I will get them to change it to the correct value.
