Default 24v too much for LM3875?

Title says it all. I have a 24-0-24 transformer and would like to save a few pounds and use it on the amp.

Any danger of frying something?

No, you shouldn't fry anything. Have you read the data sheet?

i use 24-0-24 on my 3875 and 3886, you can still go higher if you regulate tour power supply.just watch where you put the +/- in the chip's pin, take all the safety precaution when using live voltage.
