The sound is very good!
The dc offset 50mv,40mv seems too high?

This is my test set, I'll testing Cin when my caps received , and rewire the connection , add a copper plate at the bottom.
I use Cin because : http://www.rexdiy.com/smf2/index.php?topic=432.0

The toroid is from Tamela 18v 225va.
There're some strange thing, when lm3875 turn off,I turn on the preamp, there're some loud noise from the speaker, after about 6 secs ,then dead silent.
So I turn on lm3875, and all works fine.
no idea...

The TX2575, use them@Rf and R3!

Just noticed the Gainclone and want to build one myself.

According to the schematics, there are 4 resistors needed (or 3, if not install the R1).

I read some Chinese blog and the author mentioned that the TX2575 can be used on Rf and get sound quality boost .

Since the TX2575 is very expensive. I was wondering whether I can use TX2575 on Rf only? Or it must be used on R3 and Rf to get the benefit?

If I decide to spend more money, use TX2575 on R2 / R3 / Rf can get good result or just throw my money into toilet?
