Hi,
I have been using Peter's great D/A converter and enjoying it very much. Suddenly, while I was listening to music, one side started to make a noise (like white noise), came back to normal sound and then died. So now only one side is working .Please help, what do you recommend to check or replace? Thanks, Lorent |

Check the voltages as per attached schematic first.

Everything is fine.. I have found a small piece of metal on one of the ICs.....
Removing it cured the problem... |
