They used to be on ebay at $2.50/pc but I don't see them any longer. I got mine through a friend from a supplier in Poland.

You can also get them from me at $2.50/pc

It does
The J511 isn't as expencive to you as it looked......
I was just wondering if there was any benefit from using a €10.00 component there, when you can get a similar for under €2.00

I was able to get the J511 from HK, 4 for $10. Also, the 1N5314 really is easy to get. In fact the hardest part for me was remembering which IEC inlets would fit Peter's boards. Got some that were too thick, so if I were to make a recommendation on the BOM, it would be to put in the PN for the IEC inlets that fit.
