These are not listed on the website since I don't have very many.

All measure 2" diameter and are 4" tall
I also have the 2" mounting clamps for .89ea

Nippon Chemi-con 13,000Uf 50V $5.95ea
Nippon Chemi-con 19.000Uf 60V $7.95ea
Mallory 23,000Uf 40V $4.95ea

I suspect you want the 23,000Uf 40V, The closest I have to 40,000Uf is a
35,000Uf at 120V Computer Grade. I have stock on both,

Yes, these have 2 screws on top and are included....
