My project: MC preamp only one channel (mono) , Moving Coil Input Transformer, tube preamp and passive riaa.
My cartridge is Audio-Technica AT-09 stereo MC. Phono cables together or what? Input impedance should be 1/2 ? |

Hi,
I would try paralleling the cartridge pins and then feeding into half to full impedance value. You may find that the impedance needs altering from the recommended anyway. |

I paralleled the cartridge outputs and used 24k for my mono record player. It seems fine.
