Hi,
Thank you Algar and Mark for all of the work,
I am looking for a DC controller and Mark circuit seems great. As far as I can say since building a turntable is new to me.
Here is my question: is there any documentation that goes with the circuit that would help me build it?
Thank you very much for your help

Algar has some documentation for his build somewhere.

This is all based on a design of mine which is now over six years old. I published it in Bas Horneman's now defunct online DIY mag, the 2006 issue 1 (PDF link) . Towards the end of the issue there's a long and occasionally erroneous article from me with many motor drive designs in it, all of which have subsequently been greatly improved. The DC drive is towards the end. The information in there will help you understand what the circuit is doing, which will help with troubleshooting.

Thank you Mark. I did get hold of the magazine. This is how I found your name actually. Since it is an older project, would you have a more recent version for sale?
Also, would you have any recommendation to get a pulley for 1/2" tape belt?
Thank you very much for your time,
Julien

My health problems last year put everything on hold for a long time.

I'm still catching up and won't have anything to offer for a while yet. I won't be offering anything for DIY for the foreseeable future.
