HI dears,
I was thinking to do the following: produce a sine waves on CD and a second sine waves with 90 degree of shift on the same file (right and left channel). Then use a stereo amplifiar and a send the stereo signal to the AIRPAX motor on my REGA PLanar 3... this should provide the motor a pure 50Hz sine wave that should make the speed more accurate. After doing that I will tune the frequency generated so that the deck will reach extact speed. My only concearb is the voltage. The motor should work at whatver voltage, but the voltage will affect the motor vibrations, do you waht is the suggested minimum volatge for this motors (Rega, Linn like)? Cheers, JC |
