Default TT - Speed control for Maxon 226764

hey all... i am still working on my turntable project, it had to wait a few month because of other things i had going on but now i am back to it. i finally found a motor i like and i'm looking for a speed control for it. there are some interesting things on google but nothing worth building really. i guess some people around here had the chance to try a few different designs so thier help would be appreciated!

you can try for start with LM317 or TDA1151

later you can try with something more exotic

Default Brushed motor control

You might like to have a look at this:

Page on DC motors

The Maxon #226764 is one of the motors covered on the page.

There's a thread under "groupbuys" regarding these controllers but unfortunately I have no PCBs for the controller available at the moment.
