so the 4000 is the same as 2004 ? although the 4000 are quad/4-ch artridges and the 200x and regular two channel.
the only other info I found was this ebay item listing by Ed Saunders. Quite a few tech specs which he claims to be 'measured' by the test setup shown in the auction listing.

The output is 4.2mv and the complience is 18 x 10-6 as per the instruction speet
packed with it. Now my question what is one of these worth ? I just picked up one
of these at an estate sale still in the box and sort of wonder what to ask for one if
I offered it for sale is it a decent cartrige or a piece of junk ect.

Check and see if that cartridge is in the vinylengine database, possibly someone there might be familiar with it.
