Hi all,
Does anybody know what the correct way to do this? I want to use the MC output part of my phono stage (NADpp2) for a denon cart which should be loaded with 1.5K or so. Can I just open up the box and solder in the appropriate resistor across the RCA jacks, i.e. 1.5k resistor from centre pin to outer? Will this do it? Or should it be with the resistor in series, between the pos centre pin and lead from it? Fran |

Hi,
The PP2 input MC loading is 100 ohms + 100pF. Assuming the input stage uses series feedback you need to find this input loading resistor and change it to 1.5Kohm both channels. /sreten.
