Default effective pick up arm mass

This may be a silly question, but I need to know how to do this! Can anyone tell me how to calculate the effective pick up arm mass. Or even show me how to wiegh the arm? This is important so I can get my cartridge to work in a variety of pick up arms.
Thank you for yor replies.
