I believe there is some other electronic component causing the motors to fail or else the motor itself is to blame. Possibly the platter sensor. I bought my ttx1's back in 2003 when they first came out so our components are slightly different. However your generation turntable should of had all the bugs worked out. At least that is what I understand from reading and research. I am just so disappointed in NUMARKS lack of interest and coorperation when it comes to servicing there products. The almighty dollar rules again.
