I should get my NG record cleaner in the next week or so
. I bought a US model as our local distributor is pathetic.Only thing is, I believe the vacuum may pull 900 Watts or so making evenb an aoto transformer step down expensive. Can the motor be converted / wirted differently for 220 Volt? Like an Airpax turntabl;e motor? Anyone have any experience? All help very welcome!!! G |

You'll need to open it up and check, but my KMAL recording cleaning machine has three motors (arm, platter, vacuum pump). I expect the NG has two (platter, pump). The platter motor might be adjustable, but I doubt if the pump is. You probably do need an autotransformer.
