Default Philips 312 - Changing headshell

Hello

I have a Philips 312 Turntable. There was a bad contact with the cart so I decided to change it. Bought a Grado Black, but the grado won't fit in the Philips Headshell(non standard is bad!).

I'm thinking of changing the headshell completely.

More photos to come

As you can see, the actual cartridge kind of fit in the headshell

But the Grado don'T have the same pinout

I could remove the old headshell and unsolder the wire and put some clips to connect the cart.

The tonearm diameter is 6mm (a bit less than 1/4 in).

Do you know anything that could fit?

What about this?

Oh yeah, the tonearm is NOT a standard bayonet mount style. Is is simply a straight aluminium tube.

Also, i am considering rewirering the tonearm at the same time. Can this be done easily?

Thanks for any input.
