Pickering NP/AC on Garrard 4H(F)?

Turntable Gods! will Pickering NP/AC be ok for a 4HF Garrard? i read its durable and can withstand heavy arms plus the hi-voltage output!
what about the sound? if distortions are very minimal considering its spherical tip, its fine with me.. and the life of both needle and vinyl, will they both live long? last, whats the advantage of using hi-voltage carts connected to an NE5532 dual opamp preamplifier circuitry? (the NP/AC has 10mV ouput)..thanks...hoping sum1 wud share his or her ideas...thanks

p.s. if its ok with a Garrard, wer can i get the cheapest but authentic Pickering NP/AC with needle? i live in the Philippines...

I also have Garrad 4 HF (H) and I just ordered a Pickering NP/AC cartridge for playing 78 rpm recs. I went through the web sites that sell these and end up to this place in USA:

The price was 19,90 USD + mailing cost and it arrived in one week to Europe. It also had a PD07-C stylus ready (for Lp's).

For playing 78's with NP/AC I ordered a Stanton (Pickering) D5127 stylus. They still make these, I got mine on eBay for 20 USD. I have a mono headshell for 78's.

I have another (stereo) headshell which has an original Pickering cartridge, I am not sure of the model but the stylus for that is Pickering U-38/380D which you get in very reasonable price, it's also good for playing LP's/45's.
