Default Luxman pd277 DD

I've bought a used turntable Luxman pd277 DD.
I totally fell for it when i saw it, so there you go.... my first turntable.
Does one of you know how and where I can get a hold of the schematics for it? There's something wrong with the autostop funktion, so I thought I'd give it a go and try to fix it myself. It would be a lot easier with the schematics though.
thanks, bye
Carsten

Thumbs up Owners Manual

I have an Owners Manual for the Luxman PD277.
It does not have a scematic but does show "Assembly Procedure".

I would be glad to scan the manual you if you think it might help you.

I can't get my unit to work in "Auto-Play". This may be me and not the unit. Do you have a problem with "Auto-Play"?

Always ready to help a Danish friend, seeing that one of your royal family comes from my city! I also have a Luxman turntable, a PD-288, which was from the same era as your PD-277. They were good turntables, and are usually very reliable. There is a Norwegian website set up about Luxman and other brands at
http://www.audioinvest.no and they sell workshop manuals - they have one for the PD-277, so it's probably worth getting in touch to buy one, as Norway is close to your country.

You can sometimes also find info, and plenty of lively discussion, on the Luxman yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/luxman/ , if you join it. I sometimes answer questions there under a different name.
