When the precious tip is worn of your cartridge, what do you do ?
Replace the cartridge by a new one (expensive) or Replace the tip. When the last option is chosen, by whom ? Didn't hear much of Van Den Hul lately. Are there others who do replacements ? thanks, Dick.

There are two elements that need attention, the stylus itself and the suspension/damping. Back in the MM days, you'd automatically replace them both at the same time. Not so with MCs- make sure that whoever you choose does more of a rebuild than a retip.

Thanks Sy,
you are very right. So lets refrase the question in a rebuild. Who has its cartridge rebuild recently, what are the results and who has done the rebuild ? thanks, Dick.
