does somebody know where I can find dual turntable mounting template ? (model 522, 1257, 505)

I'd also like this, for a 1228. I'd like to build a new base like this:

Would it be best to glue it together or use fasteners of some kind?

Glue in corner posts for better rigity and to attach a base/feet. You can also blind screw then posts from the inside.
