Question Vintage Technics SA-500 receiver...

So I'm planning to buy a receiver. One guy offers me a Technics SA-500 receiver. What do you think about this one? Does anyone have it? Is it worth paying about 150 dollars?

Here is a picture attached of the current item (technics is the middle-one):the receiver

Default SA-500

I just happen to have a Technics SA-500 sitting on my desk in front of me right now! This was a very nice unit from the late seventies, delivers 55 wpc with very low distortion. It has a nice warm sound and looks very nice. These Technics were very close in quality to the late-seventies Pioneer units of similar specs. As for $150 for one? If that's $150 USD, I'd avoid. Seems a little high as the average ebay price for this model is around $40. Don't get me wrong, $40 is an absolute steal for this receiver in excellent shape. For $150 it better be like new in a clean original box with the manual. If you're interested, I'll be listing this one on ebay in a few minutes.
