Default Loudness switch

I'm using an old Technics SA-300 tuner with a loudness switch that I always leave in the on position for a fuller sound with more punch. Generally speaking, what frequencies are boosted by this? 20hz to 150hz? 100hz to 1000hz? etc.
I'm rebuilding a set of 10" three way speakers and this info would help.
