In order to be able to evaluate the tonearm for the Ladegaard Linear tracker I am building i have put together an excel-sheet that calculates effective mass and the resonance frequencies in both the horizontal and vertical plane.
Although it was made with the Ladegaard in mind you can use it for any tonearm, just ignore the horizontal bit. I found it very useful. You can download it here:
