Circuit diagram for the Philips F7430

Hello everbody,

Can anyone help me with the Philips F7430?
The arm lift doesn't work, and i think it has to do with the electronics.
So if anyone can help me get the manual and/or circuit diagram that would
be great.

I've got the same problem as you. The armlift will not descend if i want to play a LP. Did you have allready solve the problem or do you have a sort of manual/circuit diagram? I will pleased to hear from you.

If you still want them I have both.

Textpart in servicemanual is in Dutch but schematics and so on are useable in any language.
I could translate Dutch questions to English.

Usermanual is multilanguage.

I just repaired one... Arm didn't go down.
Cause bad contacts in the Processor connector.
I exchanged the connector for a good one and player is OK again.

Hi Peter,
I just receibed a used one, and the tonearm is not lowering also.

When opening the box I half broke the tray in/out mechanism, which I hope I have repaired.

I'd appreciate it if you could send me an indication of the faulty part (how to identify it on the circuit). I don't speak dutch at all.
I would also appreciate any aditional info, for example on how to change the headshell, as the tip in mine seems broken or unexistant.
By the way, do you think that this model is worth the effort of repairing?
Would you recomend any cartridges?
I was considering to change the stock platter for a heavier one. Could it be an improvement
