Default WT Reference Plinth Question.

Has anyone made a Fountainhead plinth for the Well Tempered Reference? If so, does anyone have plans, diagrams, supplies lists, etc.? If one can be made in a cost effective manner, the bearing, platter, spindle, motor, etc. can be bought separately. TIA
