Hi guys, this is a crosspost also posted on facebook. Are here any experts who can help me?
"Hi guys, new here. Is this the place to ask for serious help? I have a Yaqin MS-23B phono amp. And it had the famous (what i read on the web) hum. Is there a solution for this? When i unplug the power of the Sl-1210 turntable the hum is gone. So my first thoughts are a ground loop. But i tried really everything. Or do i mis something? And no, other preamps don't hum. Thanks in advance, Peter"
Ground input is separated in the MS-32B amp.
Ground wire is connected.
All wires are original fabric on my Technics SL-1210 MK5
Did not do (until now) the Lesbox mod.
EDIT: Fixed. I forgot to check one china made switched power supply (adapter). Unpluged that one and all is clean now.

Knowing the quality control of Chinese imports, I would check the three pin plug wiring as I have had two FU29s in for service recently and the IEC sockets were wired Live to Neutral, Neutral to chassis and no Earth connection. Customers wondered why they didn't work properly!
