There are several suppliers of motor pulleys for record player - eg g. this one:
Rega P3- 24, RP3, P5, P7 & P9 Motor Pulley (50Hz)
Unfortunately I don't find a delivery source for a 50 Hz pulley version of the above mentioned model from Mission for reducing the speed, that is above 33 RpM (unfortunately the present pulley version is made for 60 Hz, although the sticker on the back panel shows 50 Hz). Maybe one of the members know an ordering address therefore.
An other possibility is the exchange of the pulley with a user with 60Hz mains ac frequency, who needs a 60 Hz pulley but has mistakenly a 50 Hz version and thus a too low speed (below 33 RpM).
Not good is this possibility:
